Installation

Current supported environment

The confirmed environment is:

ZWCAD is not currently included in the published support statement.

Before installation

1. Save your drawings.
2. Close AutoCAD.
3. Confirm that the installer came from an approved SFQcad distribution channel.
4. Do not copy individual LSP or compiled files from another installation.

SFQcad updates are distributed as a complete product. The website does not provide individual command files or public installer URLs.

Install or update

Run the approved installer and follow its prompts. When an update is available, the SFQcad Manager verifies the complete release before starting installation.

After installation:

1. Start AutoCAD 2024.
2. Type SFQ in full at the command line.
3. Choose Enable if the SFQ interface is not yet active.
4. Confirm that the SFQ ribbon is visible.
5. Try a command in a non-critical drawing.

Repair or uninstall

Use the SFQcad Manager or the complete installer to repair or remove the product. Do not delete individual installed files, because that can leave the CAD integration incomplete.

If something does not load

Include the following in a support request:

• AutoCAD product and exact version;
• SFQcad version shown by the Manager;
• the full command you typed;
• the exact command-line error text;
• a screenshot of the ribbon or dialog if the issue is visual;
• whether the issue repeats after AutoCAD is restarted.
